Change Default Search Engine in Windows 10 Mobile

This screenshot shows how easy it is to change search engine from Bing to Google or something else. However, a concrete date on when this option or build will be pushed to Windows Insiders is not yet known. However we do know that Microsoft will be pushing the final, public version in December.

If you are dedicated Bing search engine user, then this option will not be of much use to you. Unfortunately, Bing is good only for users in US as many features are country specific, Bing Rewards program for instance.
