Nokia X Specs Leaked Ahead of its MWC 2014 Launch

We finally have the full spec sheet of the first ever Android device from Nokia. Dubbed simply as the Nokia X, a k a Normandy, the phone has low end specs as it was perceived earlier. It does, however runs the latest version of Android operating system, 4.4 KitKat.

The leak states Nokia X will be powered by single core Qualcomm Snapdragon 1 GHz dual core processor, 512 MB RAM and 1500 mAh battery. Equipped with a 4 inch display, it will feature WVGA 800×480 pixel resolution, a 5 megapixel camera and meager 4 gigabyte of internal flash storage, expandable via micro SD card slot.

It will have Play Store

We have been told that it will have Nokia Store as well as Play store. It will support dual SIM cards at the same time, which will lure many in the low end market. There will be a total of 6 colors to choose from, which according to (leaked) picture will be green, white, yellow, blue, red and black.

It is not known if Nokia will actually announce this phone at MWC 2014 Barcelona event. After all, its MS’ acquisition is nearing finish line and an Android phone might make its portfolio even more confusing.

Nokia will also be unveiling Lumia 1525 and 1820 at the MWC event.
